LINC Workshop at House of NADIC on Thursday October 10:
We will gather for an afternoon workshop with Warriner Group from 12:30pm (timd tbc) at House of NADIC. LINC companies & H4A alumns welcome.

OCEANEERING Afternoon event on Thursday October 10:
NADIC member Kongsberg is the program chair and invites Team Norway/NADIC & LINC companies to partake at the MTS/Oceaneering event in Hanover MD -apr 40min from House of NADIC. The event is attended by over 500participants and symposium guests include representatives from the U.S. Navy, NAVSEA, SOCOM, NASA, NSA, U.S. Airforce, MTS members, Oceaneering employees, clients, maritime businesses, academia, and military service members. This event has been a staple for the Washington D.C. area maritime community. It’s free to attend.
NADIC believes this event could be a prime opportunitiy for majority of LINC companies to network and interact , and it would fit well back-to-back with our scheduled workshop earlier in the day on that Thursday. The networking portion we would attend runs from 4:30-8pm. NADIC will organize and coordinate transport for all participants to and from.

B2B/B2G Series & LINC Prog cont. on Friday October 11:
Friday we will regroup at House of NADIC in the morning with B2B/B2G meetings betwenn NOR companies and US Defense Primes / GOV representatives. After lunch, we will be hosting general LINC sessions featuring Executive Coaching with J. Rochlis as well as Tradeshow Prep with BMNT. Additional one-on-one meetings with service providers can be held during this day as well. An informal social in the evening will be planned as well.

Time Share exhibit at AUSA Oct 14-16:
LINC will have its designated demo area at the NADIC pavilion including a surface counter and monitor. We will provide a schedule with times for each interested LINC company to use this space for either scheduled meetings and/or exhibiting. If you and your service provider is planning to use AUSA for certain meetings, the NADIC booth can be used for this purpose. We will provide a scheduel for you to reserve times / coordinate with Finn to get your exposition badge.

LINC'up at House of NADIC with NOR MoD on Monday Oct 14:
Tentatively, we are proposing that all the LINC companies get a private briefing opportunity with the extended Norwegian delegation including Norwegian Ministry of Defence, Embassy representatives & more. This would take place at our House of NADIC in the morning. Companies can then make their way to the AUSA expo afterwards.

New Nordics - Investor Event on Tuesday October 15:
Our Nordic and Baltic colleagues are organizing an afternoon event at the Embassy of Estonia in Washington DC, where LINC companies are invited to partake. As we await the finlized event program, we are looking to garner interest from NOR companies if they would like to attend. It is possible to connect this with AUSA expo or other happenings in DC that day.

Norway Means Business Seminar/Reception at the Norwegian Embassy on October 16:
NADICs sister organization NorCham and the Embassy plan to host an afternoon seminar on Wednesday 16th at the Embassy focused on Critical Minerals. All LINC companies will we invited to attend and this event may be a good networking opportunity.

Palo Alto / San Francisco trip October 17-18:
As was mentioned during the LINC Kick-off, we are looking at the opportunity to host an event at the Norwegian Consule's Residence for Norwegian companies to pitch/network with the investor/VC community on the West Coast. We are seeking initial interest from Norwegian companies as we plan this part of the program. It would entail travelling from Washington DC on Thursday Oct 17, with a tentatively scheduled afternoon/evening program in Palo Alto - followed by a morning event/lunch reception in the Residence on Friday Oct 18 in SF with the investor network. We appreciate your response in the survey above to help us with the planning phase.
