NADIC just concluded its most successful AUSA Week yet, featuring over 35 Norwegian defense companies and a packed program around the AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition.

Thursday, October 8 - Friday, October 9
LINC Days
The 2026-27 LINC cohort kicked off the week by meeting with a high-level Norwegian delegation in town for AUSA from the Ministry of Defence, Army, Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA), Defence Research Establishment (FFI), and Innovation Norway.
The wider Team Norway network then gathered at the House of NADIC for a series of briefs from the U.S. Department of War Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) Program & Capability Development and Innovation Directorate (CD&I), Lockheed Martin, Shield AI, as well as LINC program service providers.
Following the presentations, the Norwegian companies took part in a series of B2B/B2G meetings with the day's speakers, before wrapping up with a networking social on the Georgetown waterfront.

Leif Erikson Reception
NADIC was proud to support the inaugural Leif Erikson Reception at the Norwegian Embassy, in an evening celebrating shared American, Icelandic, and Norwegian heritage.
Sunday, October 11
Army Ten Miler
Over 40 Team Norway runners braved the pouring rain to run the 42nd Annual Army Ten Miler through the heart of D.C.
A special kudos to our supporter squad, who showed out in force to wave flags, ring cowbells, and propel thousands of soaked runners with enthusiastic chants of RO RO RO!
Team Norway kept up the good spirits at the Makers Union post-race social before limping back to their hotel rooms for some well-deserved rest.
Norwegian Embassy AUSA Reception
The first half of NADIC AUSA Week wrapped with the Royal Norwegian Embassy AUSA Reception, bringing together leaders from allied defense industries, militaries, and governments.

AUSA Exposition
The NADIC AUSA pavilion served as a hub for our co-exhibitors and Norwegian defense industry to engage effectively with the U.S. military, industry, and government, showcasing Norway's innovative capabilities.
Ambassador Anniken Huitfeldt and the Norwegian Ministry of Defence delegation were briefed by the NADIC exhibitors and LINC companies on their achievements and opportunities in the U.S. market.

Monday, October 12
NADIC AUSA Dinner
We took advantage of the beautiful weather on the Georgetown waterfront to wrap up the first day of AUSA with the the annual NADIC AUSA Dinner, gathering over 100 representatives from the Norwegian defense industry and government.
