SOF Week Recap

Team Norway recently concluded another successful SOF Week, featuring a Norwegian pavilion on the show floor, annual networking reception, private meeting room for high-level discussions, and more.

We kicked off SOF Week with the Monday Team Norway reception, a packed gathering of special operators, government officials, and industry on the Tampa waterfront.

Major General Joar Eidheim, Commander of Norwegian Special Operations Forces, gave a keynote address and paid special tribute to Einar Gustafson, Counselor for Defense Industry Cooperation at the Royal Norwegian Embassy, for his years of tireless support of the Norwegian defense industry in the U.S.

At the NADIC pavilion , our Norwegian co-exhibitors engaged with broad array of customers & end users with the shared goal to ensure the readiness of allied special operators.

High-level delegations from the Foreign Comparative Testing Program and Norwegian & U.S. Special Operations Commands, went hands-on with the innovative defense tech on display at the Norwegian pavilion, while Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASW SO/LIC) Derrick Anderson visited the exhibiting companies.

NADIC also hosted a Team Norway meeting room for high-level discussions between allied nations & industry.
