The Norwegian-American Defense & Homeland Security Industry Council (NADIC) is a member-based trade association supporting the interest of Norwegian defense & security industries, and ensuring US government & industry partners are aware of Norwegian capabilities. We represent small, medium-sized, and large companies, creating valuable arenas for our members to grow in the US market. Program Coordinator

NADIC seeks a full-time Program Coordinator in Washington, DC, commencing August 2024. As Program Coordinator, you will work on a day-to-day basis with the NADIC leadership with tasks and responsibilities involving, but not limited to:

Coordinate events, tradeshows, meetings & programs

Provide member support services
-
Engage with leadership on strategies and new initiatives

Coordinate with seasonal trainees
-
Manage website and social media
-
Coordinate accelerator programs with external partners
-
Support with administrative tasks and liaise with NADIC’s admin/office manager representative.
The position of Program Coordinator is full-time (100%), located in Washington DC with occasional travels to tradeshows/events in other States/countries.
The position has an initial starting annual salary of USD 85 000, with commencement date in August 2024.

NADIC has a shared management agreement with its sister organization NorCham Washington DC/Norcham USA, entailing that the role of all NADIC staff is to also support the daily operations at NorCham. These responsibilities mirror several of the tasks and responsibilities such as event planning, administrative work, manage digital platforms and provide member services.
